For those seeking a more dedicated path, we design bespoke programmes that follow your individual rhythm, helping you move with greater ease, clarity, and confidence.
But wellness does not end with movement. It lives in the quieter moments too. Drift weightlessly in a floating sound bath, where gentle vibrations invite deep stillness and calm. Step into the forest for Shinrin-yoku - the Japanese practice of forest bathing - letting the presence of trees soothe the nervous system and restore perspective.

Floating Sound Baths
Reconnect and surrender to the embrace of warm water, its gentle buoyancy holding you as if weightless. Around you, the air hums with the pure resonance of crystal bowls, the delicate shimmer of chimes, and the soft layering of ambient sounds.
Each tone ripples through the body like waves, dissolving tension, quieting the mind, and drawing you deeper into stillness.
Forest Bathing
Our Forest Bathing experience, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, invites you to slow the rhythm of the day and move with quiet intention.
Guided in private, you will wander gently through woodland, pausing to notice the play of light, the scent of earth, and the rustle of leaves overhead. A grounding ritual - restoring balance, clarity, and calm.
Yoga Sessions
We invite you to move with ease, build strength, and find stillness within. Gentle yet purposeful, each class offers space to stretch, release, and reconnect.
Classes are held every Monday at 6:15pm, Tuesday at 1:30pm, and Thursday at 9:30am. £15 per person.
For club members, Monday and Thursday sessions are offered with our compliments - simply log in to your account to join.
Fitness Sessions
Complimentary for our spa members, Andi’s 30-minute sessions bring focus and energy with weekly themes - from core strength to wellness workouts.
Spaces are limited, so we invite you to reserve your place with our team. Sessions run for 30 minutes, every Tuesday at 10am and 10:45am, Wednesday at 8am and 8:45am, and Friday at 8:30am and 9:30am.
