Why the change?
Our new system is far more sophisticated than our existing system and will now give Club Bishopstrow members more control over their membership. Once you have activated your Trybe account, you will be able to manage your membership, book inductions, receive important updates via SMS or email, and bulk buy PT sessions, with even more to come in the future!

How do I create my account?
You will receive an email to verify your membership. Please click on the link and follow the instructions:
- Enter your email address and click 'forgotten password'
- This will generate a new email to you which will contain a link to set up your own password and provide you with access to the system.
- Your account will be live, please ensure that all your details are correct.

What if I don't have an email address
Email addresses are used to log into your Trybe account where the customer has control over their membership. Health Questionnaires can also be completed online and stored on the membership Trybe account. Should a customer not have an email address, they will need to book a meeting with the Leisure Club team where a staff member will be able to set up the membership.
What communication will I receive?
- You will have an initial email from us informing you of our change in the system and be given details on how to activate your account, along with our FAQs
- You will be emailed by Trybe asking to activate your account.
- You may receive additional communication from us and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
