Every PT journey at Bishopstrow starts with a Technogym Checkup - a full-body assessment measuring composition, strength, mobility, balance, cardio fitness and cognitive wellness to generate your Wellness Age. From there, our trainers build sessions around that data and evolve your programme as you progress. Precise, personal, and delivered on Technogym equipment trusted by Olympic teams.
member prices:
1:1 sessions
£45 per hour (evenings and weekends £49)
Book 4 sessions for £160, or 8 sessions for £280
non-member prices:
1:1 sessions
£60 per hour (evenings and weekends £65)
