Step into our 8-metre outdoor hydrotherapy pool, where warm, jets-infused water works gently on tired muscles and busy minds. The perfect complement to a treatment, or a destination in its own right.

Choose from a selection of outdoor hot tubs - each offering a private, unhurried retreat for soaking, breathing, and letting go. Settle in and watch the garden change around you. Private hot tub experiences also available. 

Our spacious outdoor sauna is designed for the full experience. Large enough to host sauna classes and communal rituals, it's a sociable, restorative space where the ancient practice of heat becomes something to share. Arrive early, take a seat, and let the warmth do its work.

After the sauna, the cold plunge awaits. Step in, breathe through it, and feel the invigorating reset that only cold water therapy can deliver. That sharp, clarifying moment - the contrast - is where the real magic happens. Your body will thank you.

The Recovery Suite is home to the NovoTHOR - a full-body light bed that uses precisely dosed red and near-infrared light to support the body's own repair processes.
